How to Cook
Braai: Cook over medium-hot coals, turning regularly, until golden and slightly charred — about 10–12 minutes. Pan-fry: Cook in a dry pan over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning until cooked through and golden on all sides. Oven: Bake at 180°C for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway.
