How to Cook

Pan-fry: Season with salt, pepper, and lemon. Cook in a hot buttered pan for 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Oven-bake: Drizzle with olive oil and garlic, roast at 200°C for 12–15 minutes. Curry: Add to a simmering curry base in the last 8–10 minutes — the firm flesh holds together and absorbs the sauce well.

Storage

Keep at -18°C or below. Once thawed, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
