How to Cook

Garlic butter: Melt butter, add garlic and a splash of white wine, toss in the mussel meat for 3–4 minutes. Serve with crusty bread. Pasta: Sauté with cherry tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil, toss through linguine. Curry: Add to a simmering coconut or tomato-based curry in the last 5 minutes — don't overcook.
