Crushed chilli flakes — the finishing heat. Coarser than chilli powder, with visible flakes and seeds that add texture as well as fire. Sprinkle over a finished dish, stir into a sauce at the end, or bloom in hot oil at the start for a deeper, more infused heat. 25g pack, sealed for freshness.
